WATCHES WITH RESIDUAL WARRANTY
Lorenz products still under warranty (seller's guarantee) can be taken to the store where the purchase was made.
Alternatively, if unable to reach the shop where the purchase was made, they can be taken to any other Lorenz dealer (see our list of dealers on the site).
The dealer will then send the product for repair to our centralized service, informing you how much the repair will cost and when your watch will be ready for collection.
In order to take advantage of the seller's guarantee, it will be necessary to show the guarantee certificate with the date of purchase, the stamp and the signature of the seller.
WATCHES WITHOUT RESIDUAL WARRANTY
Lorenz products without warranty can be taken to the shop where the purchase was made or other Lorenz authorized dealer. The retailer will assist you with an initial estimate of the repair necessary and then procced by sending the watch for repair to our service center.
Before carrying out the repair, the vendor will inform you about the costs of the intervention.
Alternatively, for out-of-warranty products, you can directly contact the Lorenz regional certified technical assistance centers, which will be able to provide you with all the necessary support.
