Lorenz is not new to tributes to watches that made history. This model was brought to my attention from several end-users, as its design has captured their attention. Therefore let me thank you Lorenz that gave me the opportunity to write a review of this model.
This reference is carachterized by the black and blue bezel, that is a tribute to Rolex Batman GMT.

Comparing to other “tributes” this watch has its own personality. It is inspired both to Submariner and Batman. From the first one it takes the overall design of the case and the relevant finishing; from the second it takes the colors of the bezel disc and the jubilée bracelet (last Rolex version).
The case size is 43 mm., the case height is 14,5 mm. and the opposite lugs distance is 56 mm; the watch weight is 152 grams and for this reason is very much wearable in the daily use.
The two color bezel has a mechanism with 120 clicks, with good side scalpering that eanbles a very easy grip.
The glass is mineral with very good resistance and and has a lens at 3 o’ clock. This makes very easy to read the calendar.
The dial is black with applied round indexes with luminous material also on the hands.
At 6 o’ clock we can find the “Professional” marking in red, the water resistance specifications and the automatic movement indication.
This watch has a screw crown with logo. Also the caseback is screwed and has a turtle logo made with oil hydraulic press. All the specifications of the watch are engraved on the caseback.
The stainless steel bracelet is one of the strong points of this model in a jubilée style (that I personally like very much) with a deployante sport safety buckle. In order to fit the bracelet I had to remove four links as this bracelet is made for big and small wrists.
Movement
This Lorenz uses a Miyota 8215 automatic movement, japanese production made by Citizen. It is a very reliable movement with date; it has both manual and automatic winding, power reserve of 40 hours, 21 jewels, 21600 vibrations per hour, one direction winding, parashock anti-shock system.

The watch is sold in a simple but very elegant gift box. It is an ideal companion for the everyday use as it is wearable with any kind of outfit, from the casual to the elegant one. It is made of very high quality materials, and has a very good design that captures the attention.
The case size is perfect in my opinion. This is the maximum I like as my wrist is not very big.
The jubilée bracelet is very practical and the Miyota movement enphasize the good value for money of this timepiece.
I recommend this model to all those who are looking for a watch for the daily use but also to all those who are considering to buy their first automatic watch, without having a very high budget.
