How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all orders delivered within Italy and Europe. Shipping to the United States and Canada costs €20.00, while shipping to the rest of the world costs €35.00. We rely on leading international couriers to deliver your purchases. Depending on the destination, your new timepiece will be shipped via DHL or GLS.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Affideremo il vostro ordine al corriere nel minor tempo possibile. Ci impegniamo affinché l'evasione degli ordini avvenga entro 24 ore dalla ricezione del pagamento. La consegna avviene normalmente entro 48-72 ore salvo eventi eccezionali.Una volta spedito il tuo ordine, riceverai una mail con il numero di tracciamento.

Returns
Can I return an online order?
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you may request a free exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All exchanges are subject to a quality check at our warehouse. The replacement product will be shipped only after the quality check has been successfully completed. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product.
