What are the shipping costs?
Per tutti gli ordini evasi in Italia la spedizione è gratuita.
In Europa (Croazia, Cipro, Cechia, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Ungheria, Irlanda, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Norvegia, Polonia, Portogallo, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Svizzera, Regno Unito) è richiesto un contributo pari a € 25,00.
In Svizzera è richiesto un contributo pari a € 100,00.
Per tutti gli altri paesi (Bielorussia, Brasile, Canada, Cile, Cina, Colombia, Guatemala, RAS di Hong Kong, Islanda, India, Indonesia, Israele, Giappone, Malaysia, Messico, Nuova Zelanda, Paraguay, Perù, Russia, Arabia Saudita, Singapore, Sudafrica, Corea del Sud, Taiwan, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Stati Uniti, Uruguay) è richiesto un contributo tra € 75,00 e € 100,00 a secondo del paese.
How long does it take for the order to ship?
We will entrust your order to the courier as soon as possible. We are committed to processing orders within 24 hours of payment receipt. Delivery normally takes place within 48-72 hours, barring exceptional circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns
Can I return an online order?

The returned item must be intact and must be in its original packaging, considered an integral part of the product itself.
